Hi! My name is Jacqueline Baudanza, and I am a Mental Health Counselor, LP with experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, including in school-based settings.
I am passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, self-awareness, and resilience. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, adjustment-related concerns, trauma, and relationship difficulties. I have a particular passion for helping individuals and families build strong, healthy relationships through effective communication and emotional awareness. Whether you are a parent seeking support for your child, a teen navigating adolescence, or an adult working through a difficult season, therapy can provide a safe space to feel understood and supported.
My approach is warm, collaborative, individualized, and evidence-based. I draw from play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), internal family systems (IFS), and psychodynamic techniques. I enjoy incorporating creativity into the therapeutic space when appropriate, and tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs, strengths, values, and goals.
Seeking therapy takes courage and vulnerability; you deserve a space where you can be fully human without judgment. I am honored to support others through life’s difficult chapters and strive to help people move toward greater self-understanding, healthier relationships, and meaningful growth while honoring their authenticity.
Thank you,
Jacqueline Baudanza, LMHC-LP
