Hi, I’m Cindy Caceres. Do you often wish you could see the future through a looking glass and then prepare yourself for what life will throw at you? As we know, this could never be the case. Life mixes the good, the bad, and the ugly. Everyone struggles, leaving you questioning yourself, turning in the wrong direction, and sometimes feeling alone.
As a Mental Health Counselor, I will provide a safe, warm, and caring therapeutic environment and teach you the skills needed to overcome those trying moments. By utilizing a Cognitive Behavior Therapy model, our sessions will assist you in understanding why you become stressed, depressed, or anxious. Furthermore, you will be introduced to new positive thinking skills and develop mechanisms you can employ to help better your life and experiences.
As well, I have several years of experience working with children, adolescents, and their families, meeting their social and academic needs. Through my experience as a School Psychologist, I have helped children and families understand the special education process, conducted psychological assessments, and advocated for children’s needs.
