I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you can show up as your authentic self and feel truly heard. My goal is to provide a steady, compassionate presence as we work together to navigate life’s challenges. I value building genuine, trusting relationships with my clients and strive to create an environment where you feel understood, respected, and supported.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, and relationship difficulties. My approach is collaborative and person-centered, meaning I tailor therapy to your unique needs, strengths, and goals. I draw from evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions, to help you gain insight into unhelpful patterns, develop effective coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the College of Staten Island through the Macaulay Honors College, with a minor in Psychology, and my Master of Social Work from Fordham University.
Seeking support is a courageous step, and I am honored to be part of that journey. I look forward to getting to know you and working together toward growth, healing, and greater well-being.
Thank you!
