We are living in a fast-paced world with a lot of changes and with that comes challenges. Sometimes this can lead to feeling sad, stuck, or unsure of what is next or how to handle it. The decision to attend therapy is not always an easy one but being here is a great first step.
I believe in providing a safe and nonjudgmental space for my clients to express themselves. Whether you are struggling with relationship issues, having a hard time adjusting to life changes, losses, feeling anxious, depressed, or dealing with trauma – I am here to help. We can work together to relieve emotional stress and empower you to make lasting positive changes in your life by creating a plan using evidenced based treatment. Every session is tailored to each individual and I use a client-centered approach while integrating aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness.
My passion is working with children, adolescents, and young adults. I am an ally and I have experience working with survivors of domestic violence, working through traumatic experiences, depression, anxiety, and adjustment disorders.
